TThe Firecracker Foundation (TFF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that honors the bravery of children who have experienced sexual trauma by building a community invested in the healing of their whole being. Founded in 2013, TFF is a nationally recognized, survivor-led organization founded by a Black woman who is a survivor of incest and child sexual abuse.
We believe that child survivors of sexual trauma deserve the support of the entire community as they begin to heal, overcome the negative impacts of trauma, and lead a healthy lifestyle into adulthood. TFF provides high-quality, consistent holistic healing services at no cost to families in need, raises awareness of the prevalence of sexual trauma and its devastating consequences, and provides survivors with the resources that can help them heal.
