Welcome your new Non-profit Administrative Management Intern, Esther Okunrounmu!
Esther Intern

Esther is a senior at Michigan State University studying advertising with a minor in health promotion. Esther enjoys cooking, traveling and serving her community. She is the current director of history an alumni relations for Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity at MSU. Esther really enjoys fundraising for causes close to her heart such as cancer and diabetes. She enjoys promoting living a healthy physical and mental lifestyle. She is the middle child with an older sister Elizabeth, 24 and younger brother Eric, 19. Her inspirations include her both of her parents and her sister because of their perseverance through education, their support and their unconditional love. Esther believes all individuals should have a loving support system in their lives and wants to help impact her community in a positive way.

Esther also enjoy being a camp counselor at Michigan Student Leadership summer camp to mentor and inspire high school and middle school students all over Michigan. She believes this has been her most rewarding job yet. At this summer camp she helps open the eyes and minds of teens to how rewarding life can be when they are leaders in their schools and communities. Esther hopes to one day return to Rome, Italy (or anywhere in Europe)  where she studied abroad for her career.  Before going abroad, she hopes to work preferably in downtown Detroit, MI or the Metro-Detroit area where she is from at an advertising or public relations agency.

Now that you’ve met Esther, take a moment to leave her an encouraging note welcoming her to your team!
